We enjoy finding helpful videos online about wagyu and we have come across Mark Wiens and his different adventures.
Turns out we are distantly related (5th cousins) which is also pretty cool. Maybe someday we can meet this guy but in the mean time check out his video about eating A5 Kobe in Japan!
