Our Beef

All our beef will be USDA prime or better.

We offer American Wagyu and Full Blood Wagyu.

All our cattle are fed a Japanese style diet of grain and hay to optimize marbling.

American Wagyu Half Beef- $3.95/lb Hanging Weight

Our prime or better American Wagyu is a cross of Black Angus and Black Wagyu.

Full Blood Wagyu Half Beef- $6.25/lb Hanging Weight

Our Full Blood  Wagyu are all registered Black Wagyu through the AWA  and average a BMS score of 4 on the Japanese grading scale below

(double USDA Prime marbling)

Buyer is responsible for pickup at Kreihbles Specialty Meats in McPherson, KS at no charge.

We also ship anywhere in the United States. It is approximately $550 to ship a half beef within 400 miles of McPherson KS. Please email wienswagyu@gmail.com to get a shipping quote beyond 400 miles. Actual shipping cost will be charged at time of shipment.

How to place an order

​

  1. Reserve your Half below by choosing Fullblood Wagyu or American Wagyu and paying the down payment. â€‹(Down payments are refundable before slaughter but not after)
     

  2. We will contact you and walk you through the process of choosing how you would like your beef cut.​
     

  3. We will be letting you know the status of the cattle to be butchered and an approximate date of when they will be ready.
     

  4. Full payment is due after slaughter and exact hanging weight is obtained. â€‹
     

  5. If shipping is required, the buyer will be charged by the shipping company and full payment will be required for delivery. 

When Will I Get My Wagyu?

​

We will be butchering 12 American Wagyu around February 2018 and 6 Fullblood Wagyu around April 2018. The cattle grow at different rates, so you will be contacted a few weeks before butchering. We dry age for 28 days. You can dry age for whatever length you would like.
